1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 3 days of receiving it if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used ink/toner cartridges
- Digital/downloadable products
- Items not purchased directly from hpprinter-setup.com
- Clearance or final sale items
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at hpprinter-setup.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
